At SMEG, we stand behind the iconic design and quality of our Italian-crafted appliances; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SMEG account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to begin the process.

• 2.
  Prepare the Appliance

  Carefully repackage your item in its original box, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
